Production

- Anything else you need to be camera ready If the pre-production was done right, this isn’t so bad. Come rehearsed and ready to have fun.
Post-Production
This is the editing, for this we’ll need:
- WAV or MP3 of the song
- Logo (if you have one)
- We take care of the rest. We’ll share the edit in a private link for you to view and provide feedback.
- We can also do an in-person edit session if needed.
Every song, music video, and budget is different. So every price is different. We’ve filmed projects that cost $800 and $15,000. It all depends on the idea. We can help you determine what might be best for you based on your idea and budget. Not every shoot needs high level pre-production. Depends on the idea and budget.

Our packages are just the production and editing cost. Depending on the package and concept, there can be some additional expenses outside of that.
Pre-Production
The most successful shoots come from having a solid plan. Location scouting, cast- ing, hiring hair & make-up artists, building beat sheets, shot lists, storyboards, etc. are crucial for a fun, stress free shoot. If you want for us to take charge of this part of the production we are willing and able.
Behind the Scenes
Looking for more content? Hire our team to capture behind the scenes footage of your music video. You’ll walk away with a dedicated behind the scenes edit for online use, as well as behind the scene photos. The cost for Behind the Scenes starts at $300.
PROCESS
Payment
We require 50% of the production fees to reserve a date and start the pre-production process (if any). The 50% down payment is non-refundable fee used to reserve our time and start production on your project. We require 100% of expenses be paid before the shoot date. Those may be invoiced with the production fee or separately. If there are any expenses during the production we will invoice them after the production.
Upon completion we require the remaining 50% of the production fee and any other outstanding invoices before final delivery. All invoices are due 15 days after the delivery of the first draft. If not paid, a late fee of $50 will be added to the in- voice. Each month late will incur another $50 late fee.

Delivery
We deliver the first draft approximately 2 weeks after production so long as their was no additional edit- ing or VFX. The first draft will be delivered via a private YouTube link. Each round of revisions will also be delivered via a private YouTube link. The final draft will only be delivered after all invoices have been paid. The files will be delivered via a private Google Drive link for you to download.
Revisions
Different packages have different amounts of free revisions. A single round of revision includes a one hour in-person edit session or consolidated feedback in a email. If you send an email please provide precise feed- back with time codes. After the amount of free revisions are used each revision after that will be additional and cost $50 for up to one hour. Keep in mind changes often cause the need for more changes as things get shifted.
Invoicing
To begin the booking process we will send you an invoice to your email via Quickbooks. The invoice will allow partial payments, to make your down payment enter the amount in “payment amount” at the top of the invoice.
Our invoicing allows Bank Transfers and ACH. If you prefer to pay with card please notify us. There will be a 3% transaction fee added to the invoice.
You’ll receive a contract along with the in- voice, please review and sign the con- tract. The signed contract is required before we can begin production.
